Matrix is now part of SBA Edge, a wholly owned subsidiary of SBA Communications Corporation

Matrix, a Brazilian company that pioneered the provision of a managed data center, cloud computing, edge computing and cyber security services, was acquired by SBA Communications last year and is now adopting the SBA Edge Brazil brand. SBA Edge is a wholly owned subsidiary of SBA Communications with locations in the United States and Brazil. The multinational communications infrastructure company now has three highly connected data centers and an emerging portfolio of edge infrastructure.
